ERG works through project teams that are from
3 to 15 in size and span a number of disciplines. Each of these
teams tackle a project and are responsible from start to finish
for all activities from technical aspects, through to scheduling,
monitoring and follow-up. Most staff are engineers and each of these
typically perform an engineering function along with some management
functions. With around 40 technical staff and about 10 supporting
staff, ERG is structured to take on projects from a core to Rs.100
crores, spanning a variety of disciplines. This organisational experience
has also given us the capability to look at engineering work methodologies
and optimise them. ERG uses this skill to provide inputs to ERP
related applications.
