Scope & Methodology
This note describes ERG's work scope and methodology
for Project Construction Management
Our overall work targets would be achieved through
the following approach:

Continual technical and progress monitoring from office. |

Availability of standby staff through a team based approach. |
| • |
Speedy provision of additional staff for peak work loads. |
| • |
Continual monitoring by concerned project director or alternate (when necessary). |
We would prepare the following plans once the
project concept is clear:

Work group relationships chart for the project work groups. |
| • |
Deployment schedule for work groups. |
| • |
Project site team size and structure. |
Statements showing the following are enclosed:

Site team work allocation explaining the expected work scope of various site staff. |
| • |
Work group activity allocation showing the activity scope of each of the work groups in the project. |
